The keynote speakers, foreign guests and presenters for the International Conference on Islamic Manuscripts 2025 were feted at a Reception. The ceremony took place at the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.

The presentation of Plaques and certificates to presenters and moderators was officiated by Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence as Chairman of the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Advisory Board. The ceremony was organised by the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah with the cooperation of the Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University, Universiti Brunei Darussalam and Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College.
